John Assaraf, Founder and CEO

New York Times best-selling author John Assaraf has founded and/or led successful companies in real estate, Internet software and personal development in addition to OneCoach. He has a unique passion for quantum physics and neuroscience, and teaches people how to apply findings from these disciplines to achieve success in business and in life. Assaraf is also one of the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management's Distinguished Thought Leaders.

Gordon McWilliam, President and COO

Gordon McWilliam is anxious to help small-business owners become more successful. He is passionate about providing a service for the small-business community that will allow them to achieve their goals and reach their dreams. "I joined OneCoach to be part of an organization that is going to change the world one small business at a time," said McWilliam. A graduate from San Diego State University with a Bachelors degree in Communications, Gordon is an expert in sales marketing and management. He spent more than 20 years in the high tech industry working for companies such as Apple, Gateway and Dell. He then transitioned into working with start-up companies as both a financial backer and a member of the executive staff. Gordon's work with start-up business proved to be beneficial. Not only did revenues increase by tenfold in five years, but he discovered his niche working with small-businesses.

The OneCoach program combines the latest scientific research with proven business-growth strategies to give every small-business owner the best chance for achieving success. Unlike traditional business consulting, OneCoach provides all of the skills, strategies and support that members need to achieve financial freedom and live extraordinary lives.

Gordon has served as a member on the Board of Directors for Teach the Teachers and is also a member of the National Association of the Self Employed.

Matt Morea, Vice President of Sales

Matt Morea joined OneCoach in 2008 as the Franchise Owner and Business Partner of OneCoach of Carlsbad. Matt has an extensive sales and marketing background with a strong track record of success in building and growing sales and revenues for industry leading companies such as Leap Wireless, Nextel Communications, First American Corporation and LandAmerica Financial Group. Prior to joining OneCoach Matt was the VP and Sales Manager for LandAmerica where he led a sales team of 35 direct reports generating over $15 million annually. Prior to LandAmerica Matt served as the Director of Executive Services for First American Corporation, where he developed and implemented a new division within the organization which focused on providing customized business solutions for the top 5% of real estate professionals in Northern California.

Adrian Ulsh, Vice President of Training

For more than 30 years, Adrian has been applying his business consultation and training skills to helping thousands of business owners increase their revenues and profits.

Through relentless study and a dogged pursuit to simplify the seemingly complex strategies used by the most successful businesses today, Adrian has developed a keen understanding of the complex issues facing small and large companies in today's volatile marketplace.

David Bullock, Vice President of Technology

David has been developing software and administering networks for the private and public sector for over 17 years. David's passion is for building and maintaining community systems, from the original bulleting board systems of the 1980's to modern large websites. Joining OneCoach in 2008, David oversees the network connecting our team as well as our backoffice systems, membership sites and services. David's expertise is in aligning IT and business, and leveraging Open Source for cost effective IT. David also is the producer on the Ask the Experts and Expert Interview calls and podcasts hosted by OneCoach.

Rebecca London, Esq., General Counsel

As General Counsel and member of the executive team, Rebecca directs all aspects of legal affairs for OneCoach and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining OneCoach, Rebecca worked as general counsel for a financial services business. Prior to that, she was as an associate at local law firm Procopio Cory et al. practicing environmental law, and had her own law practice specializing in helping small businesses. Rebecca earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and is a current member of the American Bar Association and the International Franchise Association.

Shannon Smith, Controller

Shannon Smith comes to OneCoach with 17 years of accounting and finance experience in a range of industries from manufacturing, to telecommunications, technology and entertainment. Shannon is responsible for the day to day financial operations and planning of the OneCoach companies. Prior to settling into her career in finance, Shannon was a Certified Personal trainer and is the mother of three wonderful children. Shannon graduated Magna Cum Laude with her degree in economics from the University of California, San Diego.
